Job Description Summary Quality Specialist, Pharma is dedicated to provide pharma support within GTM (Go To Market Organization) with responsibility for the pharma area in Regional QMS and Country Specific activities under applicable standards and regulations.Job Description Main responsibilities will include:Develop, maintain and implement processes & procedures in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations for the key entities marketing BD pharmaceutical products in EMEA Region.Implementation and maintenance of the highest Quality Management System Standards and Requirements.Perform Customer verifications, act as the SME for the EMEA GTM Pharma Customer Management process.Qualification and Management of Distributors including conducting or supporting Quality Audits as the need arises to ensure distributor compliance with BD procedures and manufacturing/distribution practices. Develop, maintain, and periodically review of Quality Agreements with Distributors.Provide quality metrics and monitor them to assure progress on quality standards.Provide data as input to Management Review.Support Regional Pharma product launches and business activities to secure timely market access by supporting the required product notifications; ensure products placed on the market are in accordance with Regional and National laws.Support other internal functions with the required quality associated information for CAPAs, NCs as required.>Give support in case of Competent Authorities queries and support with any specific queries relating to quality activities.Participate in Pharma working groups, including monitoring and communication of regulatory developments and changes in requirements to Regional Quality Team.Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external interested parties to ensure efficient performance.Support internal audits to GTM sites, as required, to ensure that documentation and processes are appropriate and aligned to BD procedures, policies and required standards.Identify resistance, performance gaps and communicate them to Manager and establish actions to prevent them.Provide training to GTM staff as the need arises, ensuring GTM remain in compliance with established quality GDP requirements.Education And Experience Knowledge of Quality Management Systems standards, industry-related standards and regulations: GDP, GMP, EudraLex volume 4, ISO 13485, ISO 9001.Knowledge of pharma distribution processMinimum Master's Degree or equivalent experience desirableAdvanced level of English (oral and in written)Audit experienceWe are the makers of possible BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
