Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, respond to questions and concerns effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide information on procedures and store policies.
* Operations:
Compute and record transaction totals, assist with cash drawer counts, issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change, and maintain a clean checkout area.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in retail and cash management
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
