Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and drive the Europe High-Tech marketing strategy, focusing on data center and microelectronics markets. You’ll partner with sales, operations, Ru0026amp;D, supply chain and digital teams to propel profitable growth and commercialize innovative solutions. Your leadership will align portfolio strategy with go-to-market priorities, equipping the sales organization with compelling messaging. You’ll translate customer insights and market data into actionable plans that strengthen Ecolab’s position as a trusted partner in a fast-moving, general market.

• Define and execute the Europe growth strategy and marketing plans for the High-Tech business, with emphasis on data center and microelectronics
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive team and foster collaborative culture
• Drive portfolio strategy including positioning, lifecycle management, pricing support, and investment focus
• Activate strategy with sales, corporate accounts, and regional teams to deepen customer engagement

• Develop value propositions, messaging, sales tools, and customer-facing content
• Translate customer insight, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
• Lead market segmentation and opportunity assessment to prioritize high-value opportunities
• Present strategic reviews, innovation plans, and market assessments to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate portfolio, supply, quality, regulatory, or market risks
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree with MBA; 10+ years of technical and marketing experience
• 5+ years in data center or adjacent technology-driven markets
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• 5+ years driving marketing strategy, commercialization, and growth in a matrix organization
