Who we are

Clayworks is a done-for-you B2B outbound agency. We build and run full outbound systems for our clients — email, LinkedIn, cold calling — and we guarantee qualified meetings. No vague retainers, no excuses. We hit the number or we keep working until we do.

We're a small, fast-moving team and we're growing. This role is a direct result of that.

The role

You'll be working as an embedded BDR across a portfolio of our clients — B2B companies of all different industries. That means you're the voice and face of their outbound motion: cold calling prospects, following up on email and LinkedIn touchpoints, and booking qualified meetings directly into their sales calendars.

This isn't an internal role where you work on one product. You'll be running multi-client outbound simultaneously, which means variety, pace, and real commercial exposure across different industries and ICPs.

What you'll actually do

* Cold call prospects on behalf of Clayworks clients (this is the core of the role — you need to be comfortable on the phone)
* Execute multi-channel follow-up sequences across email and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads against client-specific ICPs and book meetings into their AEs' calendars
* Manage your own pipeline, track activity, and hit weekly/monthly meeting targets
* Feed call insights back to the team to improve targeting and messaging

What we're looking for

* Phone-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy cold calling and you're good at it (or hungry to become very good at it, very fast)
* Exceptional spoken and written English — you'll be representing clients directly; clarity, confidence, and professionalism on the phone are non-negotiable
* Relentlessly driven — you're motivated by targets, by commission, and by being the best at what you do. Average output isn't something you're comfortable with
* Organised and self-directed — remote-first means you manage your own day; we care about results, not clock-watching
* Coachable — you take feedback well and apply it quickly
* Experience in outbound or sales is a plus but not essential if your attitude and communication skills are exceptional

Logistics

* Remote role — work from wherever you like
* Valencia-based preferred for the first three months — we onboard in person where possible; being local during ramp-up means faster training, more facetime with the team, and a better start
* Compensation: Base + uncapped commission. The harder you work, the more you earn. xohynlm This is structured so that strong performers make serious money
