Job Description
Based in Madrid within EMG’s established Pricing Centre of Expertise, the B2C Pricing Manager is a leadership role operating at the intersection of strategy and execution for the Iberia Cluster. The manager leads a dedicated team to implement dynamic, seasonal pricing models and policies that fully optimise capacity and maximise leisure revenue. By closely monitoring daily market performance and analysing competitor behaviour across channels, this role bridges the gap between RCM and cross‑functional execution alongside Sales and Finance to directly drive the region’s profitability and market competitiveness.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Team management: recruiting, training, setting clear goals and expectations, encouraging collaboration, providing constructive feedback, managing time, conducting team meetings, developing team cohesion, empowering work, and managing conflict effectively.
* Strategy execution by country and location, with daily monitoring and updating to achieve the target.
* Implement and assess actions to maximise revenue, combining knowledge of current business performance, market position, demand, resource availability and business channel mix.
* Analyse competitor behaviour by segment, location, type of car, channel mix and point of sale.
* Participation in transversal RCM projects.
* Enhance or create new reporting tools to follow up trading performance.
* Support key strategic pricing initiatives aimed at improving leisure growth and profitability.
* Continuously seek to enhance and implement changes to current processes to improve efficiency.
