We’re looking for a Finance Consolidation & Reporting Analyst to join our client's vibrant finance team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll prepare financial reports and analyses that help steer strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with various departments to gather data, assess financial performance, and spot opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the consolidation process for corporate legal entities, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and addressing any errors.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial reports, conduct monthly reviews to explain financial balances and variances to senior management.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
* Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in integrating new entities into financial reporting.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, and fluency in English.
