We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes and strategies
- Define and implement Talent Acquisition and Onboarding improvements and new functionalities
- Generate recruitment reports and track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (required)
- Professional recruitment certification (LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5) preferred
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3-6 years full-cycle recruitment experience
- Advanced ATS and Excel skills
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
