We are looking for a **Qualifications Consultant** to identify and understand the needs of the decision makers within schools and recommend appropriate solutions, including OxfordAQA qualifications, the Oxford International Curriculum and support services. The Qualifications Consultant is a core member of Education International’s Europe and Africa team and will work closely with existing and prospective Oxford International Curriculum and OxfordAQA centres in Europe to promote our offer and provide support to our customers.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure maximum success with OUP and OxfordAQA, achieving agreed Oxford International Curriculum and OxfordAQA Examinations qualifications targets for specified areas. Engage with potential customers and sign up schools to become OxfordAQA and Oxford International Curriculum centres, developing strong working relationships and maintaining frequent contact with allocated schools across Europe.- Identify key accounts, stakeholders and partners to work with, and establish engagement plans through agreed calling tactics and strategies. Generate new business for OUP and OxfordAQA through seeking new relationships and networks.- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the local education sector, competitive landscape and the decision-making processes and criteria, feeding market needs, opportunities and risks into centrally-based teams through CRM, reports and meetings.- Assist in organizing marketing and training events and ensure an impactful representation at regional conferences.- Produce a Territory Action Plan for each market you operate in to be used by OUP and OxfordAQA for development of their regional strategy.- Respond to OUP and OxfordAQA customer and colleague enquiries in a positive and efficient manner, ideally within 48 hours.- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all activities and act accordingly when required to uphold the highest standards of the OUP code of conduct.The full-time role based in Spain and travelling will be required.**About You**Essential:- Experience in education, preferably in international schools and in exams administration related roles- Multicultural sensitivity and integrity- Customer and results orientation- Complex problem solving- Excellent communicator- Analytical thinking- Able to work independently and as part of a team- Consultative skills- Effective planning and time management skills- Commercial and financial acumen- Excellent written and oral communication skills - English and preferably Spanish- Excellent presentation skills (ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs)- Previous experience within a customer-facing role- Key account management and preferably sales or business development experience
