**What you´ll do***:
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
- Use this data to identify process losses.
- Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes.
- Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) - report results, flag issues and request resources.
- Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target).
- Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
**What makes you a good fit***:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a related field
- At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in industrial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross functional team
- Have a proven ability to learn rapidly
- Strong communication skill
- Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction
- Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company
- Fluent English
