For one of our esteemed clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager (mixed real estate portfolio). You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level

Your missions and responsibilities ?
* Supervise lease (re)negotiation & financial metrics of the portfolio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate…)
* Be the contact person for tenants and plan visit to rent vacant spaces + maintain relationships with brokers
* Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the good tenue of buildings (administrative & technical overview)
* Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
* Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment/transaction teams to follow-up on deal procedures
* Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations
The perfect profile ?
* Degree in real estate, property management or finance
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role
* Very good level in French and Dutch, and proficiency in english
* Solid knowledge in commercial/corporate lease drafts & portfolio overview
* Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
