Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager develops and manages regional tour manager teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This role focuses on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure achievement of Collette brand standards. Tour Manager performance drives excellence in the on-tour experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hiring and Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to source top candidates and support business growth by upholding Collette brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve the training strategy to meet individual and team needs through various training models and on-road coaching. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers, and assist in resolving issues on the road when necessary.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through quality management tools. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* SUPPORT PRODUCT DESIGN AND MARKETING INITIATIVES: Through regional team input, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently
