We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Network Engineer to support a large-scale data center environment for a global IT services and consulting provider. The role involves working within a dynamic infrastructure team that supports enterprise-grade networking solutions across multiple client sites.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex network issues in a data center environment.- Manage and optimize Cisco-based switching and routing infrastructure.- Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, particularly Fortinet (NSE5/NSE7).- Support wireless network environments using Cisco and Aruba technologies.- Operate within virtual networking platforms such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX.- Manage and troubleshoot load balancers including F5 and Netscaler.- Handle DNS configurations and maintenance using Infoblox.- Participate in on-call rotations and provide rapid response during critical incidents.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose workarounds and solutions during outages or service disruptions.Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, specifically in networking.- Certifications:
Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Fortinet (NSE5, NSE7).- Strong understanding of network and internet protocols.- Experience with WLAN/WiFi technologies (Cisco, Aruba).- Familiarity with virtual networking (Cisco ACI, NSX).- Load balancer experience (F5, Netscaler).- DNS management expertise (Infoblox).- Ability to work independently and propose effective solutions under pressure.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).Nice to Have:
