Experteer Overview As Treasury Cash Manager, you centralize and optimize Magnera’s European cash position, safeguarding liquidity across entities and sites. You will maintain close dialogue with Finance Leads to refine forecasts and enable sound liquidity planning. You’ll manage daily cash, FX exposure, and banking structures, while ensuring strong controls and governance. This role sits at the heart of cross-functional finance operations, shaping funding strategies across Europe and supporting ongoing treasury initiatives.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Maintain proactive dialogue with Finance Leads and plant controllers to improve cash flow forecasts and ensure reliability - Oversee daily cash positioning across bank accounts and countries, and manage FX exposure with hedging actions for EMEIA entities - Monitor bank accounts, signatories, and banking structures;
support centralized payment processes and liquidity allocation across countries - Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and SOX;
support audits and KYC processes - Act as operational banking contact;
support treasury systems, connectivity, and process improvements - Coordinate with Finance teams, manufacturing sites, and Treasury to provide visibility and insights to the Treasury Director EMEIA - Develop trustworthy cash forecasts through ongoing engagement with Finance Leads to enable optimal liquidity for operations across Europe - Support treasury-related projects and departmental initiatives as requiredResponsabilidades - Proven treasury experience - Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency environments (EMEIA preferred) - Knowledge of banking structures, payments, cash pooling, FX, funding, and trade finance - Ability to collaborate with Finance Leads and cross-functional stakeholders - Familiarity with treasury systems, internal controls, and compliance requirements - Fluent in English - ACT certifications (or working towards) preferred or equivalent - Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldRequisitos principales -
