Enterprise Account Executive (New Business Sales)

Position DescriptionAs a Sales Representative for Enterprise Accounts, you will grow market share for ADP's HR solutions within large prospects (1,000+ employees). You will bring expertise and responsiveness, working closely with clients and prospects to build lasting relationships. Collaboration is key, and success depends on teamwork and internal partnerships. We support your development in a flexible, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Grow Business:
Achieve revenue and product goals by working independently and with teams. Develop business plans, maintain prospective client reports, and strategize market penetration.
Market Research:
Identify prospective clients through various communication channels. Use sales automation tools to plan strategies and target prospects, including competitive analysis.
Collaborate Daily:
Serve as a trusted advisor, working with internal teams and international sales units to pursue joint opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience:
10-15 years in sales, with at least 5 years in enterprise-level sales, a strong closing record, and experience selling complex solutions.
Communication:
Excellent persuasive skills and CRM proficiency.
Results-Driven:
Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership abilities.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills
Industry knowledge and familiarity with competitors.
Experience in outsourcing sales, ERP, or workforce management solutions.
Hunter mentality and enterprise resource planning expertise.
