Offer Description
The candidate will be involved in HORIZON-EIC Pathfinder project.
This project combines rapid volumetric 3D printing technology with cell manipulation to create centimetre-long aligned cell constructs within hydrogels. The visionary SONOCRAFT holds potential to transform tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, drug screening, and disease modelling with its technological breakthroughs overcoming current limitations in the field.
Gross salary per year: 32.849,51 €

* Design and fabrication of microfluidic devices and/or microreactors
* Skills and expertise in microfabrication, 3D CAD drawing, assembly of devices and 3D printing
* Materials processing in microfluidic environments
Specific Requirements
* Knowledge of Mechatronics Engineering
* Knowledge of materials science would be appreciated.
* Experience in 3D printing for fabricating microfluidics devices.
* The candidate needs to have experience in nanomaterials synthesis and processing.
* Characterization of the materials generated with a wide range of spectroscopy and microscopy techniques (SEM, TEM,…), and other physicochemical tools as PXRD, Circular Dichroism, AFM, UV-Vis, Raman spectroscopy…
* Publication of results in scientific journals

Eligibility criteria
The selection is made through theevaluation of the curriculum, with an overall score of zero (0) to ten (10) points. The minimum score is five (5) points. The evaluation criteria are the following:
* Suitability of the candidate to the main function to be carried out
* Curricular experience
* Professional knowledge and skills
* Communication skills and motivation.
The tibunal, in its constitutive session, assesses the CVs of the candidates presented.
Selection process
A resolution of adjudication is issued to the person who, having passed the selection procedure, obtains the highest score and publishes the prioritised list of applicants who have passed the selection process, indicating the scores obtained, for subsequent recruitment, if necessary.

Duration of the contract of employment: 12 months, renewable up to 31/03/2029
The candidate proposed for hiring must accept the job offer within 5 working days from the date of notification of the selection.
