What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and build strong, results-driven PPC campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
* Identify customer goals and provide tailored solutions
* Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and long-term success
* Increase ad spend and upsell campaign opportunities
* Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database
* Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
What You Bring
* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
* Dutch C2 and English C1 (additional languages are a bonus)
* Minimum 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing skills
* Independent, goal-driven working style
* Confident with CRM tools and customer data management
* Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach strategies
* Strong communicator with presentation and professional writing skills
* Initiative-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
* Strong competitor analysis and market trend awareness
* Cultural awareness and proven stakeholder management skills
* Familiar with business etiquette and regulations (e.g., GDPR)
* Able to handle advanced ROI and integration questions for digital ads solutions
