Sales and technical support for distributors
Carrying out training for Distributor's staff

Leading the sales team in different regions and back office team
Checking performance results, providing feedback and taking actions to support them

Coopreration with projects and technical team
making database of installers, key customers and projects
Promoting Chint brand label & product
Cooperaton with our internal Marketing & Strategy team for key events and projects
