For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program targeting selected and potential holiday-home owners and property management companies through various communication channels aimed at markets in Europe and beyond. These channels include direct mail, social and digital advertising, email communications, telemarketing, and digital selling.
We are looking for an Outbound Telemarketing Agent with French to provide telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing, and lead development using multi-channel and tele-only strategies. Tele-only plays will include:
* Outreach and follow-up using phone and email.
As an Outbound Telemarketing Agent, you will become a product expert and serve as the voice of the company, creating a positive first impression and delivering a world-class experience to new prospects.
This role suits individuals who are competitive, with a strong desire and ability to meet and exceed targets. You should enjoy reaching out to prospects by phone, initiating conversations, and building relationships.
What you will do :
* Provide tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing, and lead development.
* Use multi-channel and tele-only strategies, including outreach and follow-up via phone and email.
* Engage with a variety of new business contacts, including holiday-home owners and property managers.
* Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate value effectively.
* Clearly articulate business decision drivers and benefits to position the product/offer as a strategic advantage.
* Participate in regular team meetings and proactively share ideas and suggestions for improvement.
What you bring :
* Proficient language skills in French (verbal and written) .
* Strong English skills to navigate the system and understand training and team communications, which will be delivered in English.
* Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills.
* Excellent over-the-phone communication and listening skills.
* Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and propose solutions.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible attitude and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
What You Need :
* Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and online resources.
* Successful experience in outbound telemarketing demand generation.
Preferred (Not Required) :
* One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric roles.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach is a plus.
