We are looking for a hardworking and energized professional to build an outstanding LEGO® digital shopper and consumer experience in France and Iberia (FRIB). Come and play and help us connect with more children and adult fans at one of the most loved brands!

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Build upon and use the LEGO technology stack to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets, driving novelty, awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Establish technology at retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange.
- Work with retail partners’ organizations, agencies, and tool providers to complete planned campaigns/promotions, achieve constant improvements and distil findings and insights.
- Drive development and implementation of eMerchandizing strategy, shelf improvement, and different digital merchandising activities for eCommerce partners across France & Iberia
- Lead set up activities and optimize content, monitor “digital shelf” quality working with external partners in the process.
- Implement the eCommerce yearly plan within our B2B partners which include LEGO campaigns and launches.
- Align our Customer Value Proposition with specific needs of the customer to build trusted partnerships and achieve joint objectives.
- Deliver positive impact on profitability for both LEGO and our partners by leading customer initiatives that deliver improved return on investments.
- Ensuring of high-quality online presentation at customers e-shops
- Analyzing of online performance Co-planning and tracking of online campaigns collaborating with both Retail marketing and Key accounts
- Development of digital assets together with the COE eMerchandizing team
- Assist on the implementation of campaigns in agreement with ecommerce managers and customers.

**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
- Advanced English, French and Spanish language proficiency is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce/digital department, or media/digital agency, or tech start-up.
- Experience in project management and agile ways of working within a cross-functional eCommerce and retail marketing environment.
- Good understanding of omni-channel shopper behaviour.
- Mastery of technology and eCommerce, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications on web and mobile related solutions.
- Proficient with CMS systems and web analytics tools with a proactive approach to adopting new tools and technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and curious about innovation and data points driving online operational critical metrics.
- Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with agile project management methodology is an advantage.
