Infor's Presales Foundation team is designed to accelerate your ramp‐up and prepare you to work alongside our field presales teams. You will learn on the job; developing product knowledge, sharpening your discovery and storytelling skills, and building the confidence to present value in customer‐facing conversations.
This role is especially well‐suited for candidates who are excited by Cloud and modern enterprise technology, and who want to develop a strong technical‐commercial profile. You will support proposals and presentations while building practical expertise in how Infor Cloud solutions are positioned, demonstrated, and sold; especially in a market where Cloud, AI, and automation are increasingly central to customer decisions.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
You will deliver engaging presentations and web demos, and you will learn how to adapt messaging to different audiences; from end users to executives.
You will support field presales teams with customer proposals and remote presentations, including responding to functional questions in RFP contexts.
You will help create, update, and standardize product overview materials so that content remains consistent, accurate, and easy to reuse.
You will contribute to building and enhancing reusable content repositories (such as RFP knowledge content), improving team speed and quality.
You will collaborate with solutions consulting teams to build demo content and narratives that connect capabilities to business outcomes.
You will develop a strong Cloud mindset, learning how to explain value around innovation topics (including AI‐enabled solutions and packaged offerings such as Velocity Suite) in a clear, customer‐friendly way.
You should expect frequent travel during the training phase and throughout your employment to support customer and prospect engagements.
Basic Qualifications
You have previous experience in software and Cloud technology, and deep knowledge of modern enterprise topics (Cloud, data‐driven value, automation, and AI).
You have full professional proficiency in English + fluency in Polish, French or German would be a plus.
You are comfortable speaking in public and presenting to customers, and you are motivated to improve your communication and demo delivery skills quickly.
You are naturally curious, positive, and proactive, and you enjoy learning in fast‐moving environments.
You are self‐motivated, structured, and dependable, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
