Your Role
Provide high‐quality customer support with a technical focus
Assist users with platform‐related inquiries and troubleshooting

Handle customer interactions across multiple channels

Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders
Work Model & Conditions
Location: Lisbon (on‐site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational)
Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
Performance Bonus: Additional bonus structure

What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch (C1 level or above)
Good command of English
