Training program assistant

Are you passionate about sales, training, and international environments? Are you motivated by creating unique learning experiences and collaborating with institutions and companies to develop high-impact training projects? If so, we are looking for you at Basque Culinary Center!

You will be part of the Academic Alliances and Tailor-Made Training Area, supporting relationships with companies and organisations, helping to identify opportunities and design training proposals adapted to their needs.

• You will maintain direct contact with companies, institutions, and groups, listening to their needs and creating tailor‑made training proposals.
• You will support client acquisition and retention within BCC’s strategic alliances.
• You will collaborate in the development of full commercial proposals: content, pedagogical approach, format, and budget.
• You will support negotiations with different internal and external stakeholders.
• You will manage the logistics of tailor‑made projects: speaker travel and accommodation, venues, catering, documentation, and coordination.
• You will take part in results analysis and evaluations to propose improvements and enhance quality.

Do you identify with the following characteristics?

• Higher Vocational Education in Sales Management, International Trade, or similar fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in training sales.
• C1 level of Basque and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachability, and ability to build trust‑based relationships.

• A degree in Business Administration (ADE) or related fields.
• Participation in internationalisation programmes (BEINT, Global Training…).
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Experience or knowledge in the gastronomy and/or training sector.

• Being part of a pioneering and international project in education and gastronomy.
