Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and advise on complex IT and technical contracts in a integral indirect procurement setting. You’ll develop and apply contract templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance. You will partner with procurement and business stakeholders to deliver compliant contracting, while contributing to continuous improvements across the contracting capability. This is a chance to influence how Roche contracts digital and technology initiatives at scale.

• Provide input, advice, and specialist input on complex IT/technical contract drafting and negotiating activities
• Draft and negotiate IT/technical contracts beyond standard templates and playbooks
• Develop, advocate, and deliver templates, playbooks, and training for procurement and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with GP networks and squads to define roles and deliver project foundations
• Support reporting requirements and continuously develop tools, templates, playbooks, processes, and service levels to improve contracting
Responsabilidades
• University degree (business or legal preferable)
• 7+ years relevant procurement contracting experience or 3+ years with legal credentials
• Legal and Compliance subject matter expertise with delegation of authority
• Proven experience managing and negotiating IT contracts of various complexities
• Understanding of tax, insurance, import/export, global privacy and compliance matters
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate effectively
• Business-level English proficiency
