Your role
We are looking for a Trade Marketing & Brand Manager Health – UK Market to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B marketing background, experience in multi-brand strategies, and a deep understanding of the UK healthcare ecosystem.
As a Trade Marketing & Brand Manager Health – UK Market, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategies that support doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in the UK. You will design and implement effective marketing plans that increase brand visibility and foster growth through partner engagement and digital initiatives.
What will you do in this role?
* Lead the trade marketing strategy in the UK across multiple brands in the group.
* Develop and implement local marketing plans to attract and retain doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
* Design and execute upselling and cross-selling initiatives tailored to healthcare partners.
* Ensure alignment of marketing materials and services with business goals and value delivery.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities and support commercial success.
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide brand positioning.
* Support pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Create impactful presentations and materials for internal and external use.
* Oversee the performance and strategic direction of key brand websites.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* +4 years of experience in B2B trade marketing, ideally in the health or medical industry.
* Deep understanding of the UK healthcare market; previous residence or experience in the UK is a plus.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a strong asset.
* Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
* Availability to work from our HQ in Barcelona, with flexibility for travel.
