We are looking for a driven Enrollment Assistant South Asia - Telecaller professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.
Your Key Functions: -Daily Enrollment Journey Support -Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings -Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey
Application & Admission Guidance: -Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues -Support pre- & post-admission requirements -Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process
Requirements: -Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations -Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center -Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening -Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices - English C1
