Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Account Manager Spain and Europe (f / m / d) to oversee customer complaints and quality issues across our market areas in Spain and Europe. The primary responsibilities include handling customer complaints proactively, ensuring timely investigations, and working closely with customers and internal teams to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer contact for complaints and quality topics, including preliminary judgment and investigation coordination.
* Administration of complaints in SAP.
* Act as Complaint Owner primarily for BENELUX (85%) and also for France and other European countries (15%), including aseptic tests of new fillers.
* Support customers and commercial teams regarding aseptic filling technology as an advisor.
* Design and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance.
* Coordinate with SIG headquarters and other countries on quality issues, including travel as needed.
* Facilitate and host customer quality audits.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of food processing, packaging, microbiology, and aseptic technology.
* Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IFS).
* Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (root cause analysis, 8D).
* Excellent command of MS Office and SAP ICCM System.
* Fluent in French and Dutch / Flemish (native or C2), and English (C2).
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
