Sales development representative (french & english)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a junior role designed for individuals seeking to start or grow their sales careers. The main responsibilities include finding and qualifying leads by prospecting within new and existing clients. The SDR will use outbound phone calls, email, video, and social media to reach decision-makers within predefined targets, and will make outbound calls to set appointments for sales teams. Additionally, the role involves identifying, generating, and qualifying new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing, and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect identification and contact data acquisition
* Running sales campaigns, including creating sequenced emails to generate new opportunities
* Using social media platforms to connect with and score potential leads
* Piloting new sales enablement tools

Requirements:

* Finnish language proficiency
* Bachelor's degree is appreciated but not required
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com (CRM), and other sales development tools is a plus
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Swedish, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Dutch is advantageous
* Skills in Data Analysis, Microsoft Office, and Web-Based Technology
