What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically.

What You’ll Need
- Fluent Italian (C2 level) both written and spoken.
- English at B2 level for internal communication.
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese visa / residence permit.
- High school diploma (or equivalent qualification).
- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts.
