Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solution Team in Spain. In this role, you will lead and execute projects, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions and products aligned with customer contracts and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, develop timelines, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
* Act as a bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
* Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure adherence to national laws and safety regulations, particularly those related to public procurement (Public Procurement Code).
* Oversee installation, site readiness, and commissioning of third-party services, ensuring smooth system delivery and validation.
* Guarantee system functionality, oversee clinical validation, and secure customer acceptance for project closure with assertive communication style abilities.
Key Strategic Priorities
* Quality: Drive Quality assurance throughout the process ensuring customer satisfaction through timely implementation of the sales contract.
* Budget: Ensure financial budget adherence and avoid non-conformance costs.
* Time: Accuracy in planning ability to understand operational priorities and resource availability.
What You Bring
* You have a strong Team working attitude.
* You have a thorough knowledge of lean and process mapping.
* You are proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g. MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.) and you have a digital-first approach.
Qualifications & Experience
* Technical Diploma or Master's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent proven experience.
* 4+ years of experience in Project Management or technical role in the healthcare field.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally (up to 60%) and internationally (Occasionally). Residency in either Barcelona or Madrid. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit and rendering tools will be an asset. Experience with technical and laboratory workflows related to in-vitro medical equipment is a plus. Basic knowledge of AI will be considered a plus.
