**What do you have to offer?**
- University degree or equivalent work experience SAP Activate Methodology or (cloud)
- Project Management Certifications are an added value
- Minimum five years consulting / project management experience
- You speak English language fluently. German language is a plus
- Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders
- Experience with at least 2 full cycle cloud based implementations as a project manager
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors with additional on-prem SAP HCM is preferred
- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology is preferred
- Experience with project management tools for planning and follow-up
- You have solid interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage different stakeholders, ability to coach team members
**Which tasks can you expect?**
- About the role: Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post go-live hypercare)
- Create ongoing and sustainable relationships with customers and project team members.
- Understand the customer’s HR priorities and the HR calendar and help define detailed implementation plans.
- Track & update timelines, budget, scope & resource planning during the implementation and make sure to align with the necessary stakeholders while doing so.
- Ensure successful go live on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction (100% reference-ability)
- Provide customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Training Strategy and Testing Strategy
- In collaboration with the Solution Architect you work out different strategies in terms of ways of working of the different instances, integrations, data migration, transition, etc.
- Facilitate and run different project meetings: Project Kick Off meetings, weekly project meetings with the customers Project Manager, Weekly team meetings, internal and external Steering commitees, lessons learnt sessions, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors product-suite, including reviewing the quarterly release updates
- Ensure all project documents are delivered and latest versions are available for future reference
- Ensure a smooth transition from the project to the support team
- Drive continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors and Cloud Delivery in collaboration with PMO
- In partnership with sales identify SuccessFactors opportunities, scope customer needs and develop winning solutions
