Job Description What you’ll do Support customers and users by handling queries via email, online forms, and phone. Assist with catalog testing : code redemptions, links, and error detection. Coordinate with other departments to solve incidents (via JIRA or Basecamp ). Make changes and updates to predefined templates and macros. What we’re looking for Current studies in Business, Technology, or Digital Marketing. Native or bilingual Spanish, and advanced English (C1). Advanced Catalan is a plus. Strong command of Excel and Google Drive. Curiosity and drive to learn about customer experience and digital platforms. Key skills : Empathy and strong communication skills. Attention to detail and organization. Initiative and willingness to propose improvements. Passion for technology and digital environments.
