How will you make an impact?
• Design and implement MICE strategies: Develop and execute commercial plans to drive acquisition and retention of key accounts.
• Generate and manage business: Identify new opportunities and maximize performance across assigned markets.
• Build long-term relationships: Act as a strategic partner for MICE clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Lead the sales process: From negotiation to closing, ensuring flawless execution.
• Ensure service excellence: Coordinate with operations to deliver experiences aligned with luxury standards.
• Drive performance: Take ownership of KPIs, revenue, and overall MICE segment results.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in luxury hotels.
• Strong experience within the MICE segment is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of market trends and sales channels.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
