We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join a growing hospitality group expanding in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency.
- Drive sales performance and commercial initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor key operational KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and cost control.
- Ensure strong team culture and engagement, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business development opportunities.
- Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and brand experience.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Idóneo Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in restaurant management or multi-unit hospitality operations.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
- Highly operational and hands-on, comfortable leading from the floor.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
