**What You Can Expect**:
- Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor sales budget, forecast and ensure compliance with established financial targets.
- Create detailed business performance reports, KPIs and ad hoc analysis for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to optimize processes and improve sales efficiency.
- Provide data-driven strategic information that facilitates decision making and business strategy development.
- Research and analyze competitor actions to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
**What You Bring**:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar. Complementary training in Data Analysis or Finance will be an asset.
Professional experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Sales Controller, Data Analyst or Financial Controller).
Advanced mastery of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis (optional, but valuable).
Fluent English (B2).
