Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and up-selling opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main contact and trusted advisor.
* Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within client accounts and proactively introduce additional services or products to meet clients' evolving needs.
* Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of products or services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
* Problem Resolution: Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
* Contract Management: Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve shared business objectives.
