A Day in the Life
We are seeking a talented and motivated Affera Graduates Program Manager responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and scaling of Medtronic’s Western Europe CAS Graduate Program for EP Mapping Specialist roles (Mappers). This includes leading the design and launch of the program across multiple countries, in close collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business leaders, and key stakeholders. You will act as the central driver to ensure timelines, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness for each intake.
In this highly visible and impactful role, ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a passion for talent development, and the ability to work across a matrixed and multicultural environment, you will create a robust onboarding graduate program. You will eventually act as the liaison between the market and the business to build the program from scratch, understanding the main priorities and managing the complexities of working with various stakeholders across several countries.
Responsibilities may include the following, along with other duties as assigned:
Lead end-to-end project management for the Graduate Program across Europe, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, T&E) to align goals and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Define program structure, timelines, onboarding plans, and design and track KPIs to assess effectiveness, participant engagement, and business impact. Support the marketing, branding, and communication strategy of the program internally and externally.
Serve as the main point of contact for country leads, hiring managers, and T&E teams regarding graduate activities.
Facilitate ongoing stakeholder engagement and governance through status meetings, executive updates, and reporting.
Represent Medtronic CAS at external events such as Graduate Job Fairs, partnerships with business schools, and universities, with support from the TA team.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Master’s degree with 5+ years of project management or strategy and business development experience, preferably with a project management certification.
Experience working across European cultures and geographies, ideally within the MedTech industry.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant asset.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment.
