HPE Networking NWE Services Account Manager – Northern Europe
This role is primarily onsite, with expectations to work mainly from an HPE office.

Join a vibrant team within HPE Aruba Networking’s Services Sales organization, focusing on customer success through renewals and service expansion. We work closely with customers, sales teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier service solutions that ensure network reliability and efficiency.
About the Role :
Based in Spain, as a Services Account Manager, you will focus on the Northern Europe region. You will be part of a growing, collaborative team of 30, supporting hardware and service needs through renewals, upsells, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage existing customers (90%) and develop new business (10%).
* Drive renewals by engaging with end customers and identifying additional business opportunities.
* Proactively expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell solutions.
* Collaborate with distribution and internal teams to maximize opportunities.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and manage sales pipeline using HPE tools.
What You’ll Need :
* Minimum 1 year of IT sales experience.
* Fluency in Flemish, French, Norwegian, or Finnish.
* Strong sales mindset, relationship-building skills, and passion for IT.
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.

Work Environment :
Hybrid model: 3 days/week in-office (Tuesday–Thursday). Flexible work environment.
