Salary: €18,000–€20,000 gross per year + yearly performance bonus

About the Role
Dnipro-M is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Account Manager to create, manage, and scale products across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will own performance in the Italian and French markets, with responsibility for growth, margin, and account health.
Responsibilities
- Create and launch new products (from idea to live listing)
- Optimize and scale existing listings (SEO, content, A+, conversion)
- Improve organic visibility, CTR & sales
- Coordinate Ads strategy with Ads Specialist
- Manage pricing, promotions & profitability
- Forecast demand & manage stock availability
- Monitor reviews, customer messages & account health
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Expand to additional marketplaces when ready
- Build and execute 12-month growth plans
- Weekly performance reporting
- Requirements
- Experience as Ecommerce / Marketplace Account Manager
- Fluent Italian and French (mandatory)
- English required
- Strong analytical and product mindset
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces
