* 8-10+ years of experience in corporate or regional communications within an international environment.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in executive communications and presentation development.
* Proven ability to lead internal communications aligned with company values.
* Experience working with international teams and external agencies.
* Event planning and management experience.
* A hands-on, adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel across Europe.
