About this role:
We are looking for an Intern Account Manager in Madrid to help our Commercial team ensure client satisfaction.
1. The internship is for a period of 6 months. With mutual agreement, the internship can be converted into regular employment after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
2. Manage and build relationships with our cooperation partners from the Austrian and Swiss markets
3. Conduct market research and acquire new partners
4. Cooperate with the Head of Account Management to analyze performance
5. Prepare and send monthly financial and performance reports to our partners
6. Be responsible for your own projects from day one
Your Profile :
7. Education background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar
8. Interest in the internet and e-commerce sector
9. Good partner relationship management skills
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
11. Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
12. You have perfect written and spoken work proficiency in German and English
