U, an innovative player in the telematics industry, as our new Operations Manager!Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Lead operations across Spain: customer & technical support, logistics, scheduling, and installer partner network.Manage a team of 25 employees with diverse expertise (support, technical, logistics...).Optimize operational performance and costs: you will be responsible for KPIs and service quality.Structure and improve internal processes to support business growth.Actively contribute to customer relations: support sales teams and attend client meetings as needed.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.Work closely with our headquarters in Italy and other international subsidiaries, including in Portugal and LATAM.
Your profile:
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.10+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a tech or industrial environment (automotive is a plus).Strong leadership, hands-on mindset, organizational and performance-driven.Fluent in business English (B2 minimum) – frequent international interactions.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word). xpzdshu
