- Lead your team to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM data
- Monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive productivity
- Analyze trends to develop strategic sales initiatives
- Align the team with performance goals and client expectations
- Coordinate team incentives and performance-based rewards
- Collaborate with quality and readiness teams to enhance agent performance
Are bilingual or proficient in English and Spanish
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Rotative Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00
