Head of Content – EdTech (French fluent )
Por favor, lea detenidamente la siguiente descripción del puesto para asegurarse de que encaja con el perfil antes de enviar su solicitud.
We're not looking for a Social Media Manager to follow a calendar; we're looking for a Head of Content (Brand & Content) who can turn a massive personal‐brand ecosystem into a global, iconic company brand and challenge the status quo of an entire industry.
The role demands bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately. You'll bridge David Laroche's personal influence with Paradox's institutional power, building a dual‐brand strategy that outlasts its founder.
Responsibilities
* Architect the "Dual‐Brand" strategy, ensuring David Laroche's personal brand and Paradox's company brand reinforce each other without cannibalisation.
* Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that shatter the boring codes of the Self‐Help industry.
* Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
* Take responsibility for the entire production chain – write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure the final cut matches the vision.
* Source and onboard talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to bring concepts to life.
* Ensure David's on‐set performance is seamless; handle scripts, set design, and direction.
* Command the Content Factory: lead the internal team, set culture, and enforce high‐level artistic direction.
* Act as the final quality check; nothing is published if it doesn't meet the Paradox standard.
* Drive continuous learning and improvement across the team – push for sharper cuts, better sound, stronger visual storytelling.
* Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce acquisition assets designed for ads, analysing retention graphs, CTR, CPL and iterating accordingly.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven Content Builder: Grew a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Understands virality and retention mechanics.
* Editorial Leadership: Managed creative teams (editors, designers) and elevated average videos to masterpieces.
* Elite Scripting Skills: Demonstrated scripts that performed – structured narratives, scroll‐stopper hooks, and engagement lasting 20+ minutes.
* Performance Fluency: Worked in environments where content drove business results (ads, launches, conversions), not just vanity metrics.
Personality Traits
* Intolerant to mediocrity; obsessively fine‐tuned on details that others ignore.
* Psychology‐obsessed; constantly questions why people click, share, and what emotions drive them.
* "Doer" with authority: writes scripts, directs shoots, and fixes edits when needed.
* No ego – embraces data, pivots immediately upon failure, and ships the next concept with renewed energy.
Languages
* French: Native / Bilingual.
* English: Fluent (spoken; written communication in English).
