We’re looking for a Junior Key Account Manager who wants to learn real B2B sales, work close to decision-makers, and grow fast in a deep-tech startup.
No corporate layers. No “just update the spreadsheet” roles. You’ll be close to the action from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Work side-by-side with the Sales Manager on real customer accounts
- Join customer calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Help turn technical conversations into clear commercial proposals
- Prepare quotes, offers, and sales materials
- Coordinate with engineering & operations (you’ll learn a lot here)
- Keep the CRM tidy (future you will thank you)
- Slowly take ownership of accounts as you grow
Who This Is For
- You’ve got 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- You’re curious about tech, manufacturing, or how things are actually made
- You communicate clearly and don’t freeze when talking to customers
- You’re comfortable working in English (more languages = bonus points)
- You want to grow into a Key Account Manager / Senior Sales role, not stay junior forever
- You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask “why?”
- You live close to our offices in Amposta or willing to relocate
