You hold a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, you have minimum 3 years experience as Azure Engineer or similar engineering role, experience as DevOps Engineer for Azure components (Resource groups, network components, RBAC permissions). You are proficient with Azure Repo (Git) and Azure Pipelines, have good knowledge of Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI and working knowledge of databases platforms on Azure. You are experienced in managing incident and service request with a ticketing system. You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), a good knowledge of French is preferred and Spanish is a plus.
As IT Azure Cloud & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will develop a sustainable customer focused environment to enhance and improve the quality of technology services used by the schools for the benefit of all staff, faculty, and students, through the Cloud (Azure); deploy and maintain Azure solutions ( IaaS / PaaS ) with quality checks on pipelines and root cause analysis; prepare relevant documentation for training and support; design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance and provide 2nd and 3rd level support as subject matter expert of Azure services; reviews on the architecture and design deliverables.
