As Sales Manager Iberia, you will lead a ~6-person sales team to drive growth in software-driven electrical solutions. You’ll own front-end sales, qualification, and early engagement to build a strong pipeline and manage key accounts in data center and infrastructure. You will shape commercial offers and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role sits at the intersection of technology and customer value, in a global leader known for sustainability and innovation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex technical discussions into growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive sales experience, ideally in software or complex technical solutions, with a track record in Sales Engineering and commercial success
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in proposals xpzdshu and solution overviews
• Educational background in electrical engineering or related technical field
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and operate in software-driven or integrated system environments
• Ambitious, sociable, and collaborative, with experience building relationships in electrical/infrastructure sectors
• Leadership potential or experience coaching teams or contributing to performance development
