As an OPS / Training Manager, you are responsible for the strategic oversight and high-level training culture of a cluster of stores, ensuring the highest performance possible across your Area. You will ensure that all Store Managers adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, and compliance structures, as well as, are equipped to develop their own teams.

While your role is strategic, you are expected to maintain full operational agility;
at the request of the Country Brand Manager or based on store needs, you will be required to be “on the floor”, supporting the teams BTC (behind the counter) to ensure operational excellence during peak times or critical store visits. Your success depends on your ability to lead and develop a pipeline of highly engaged management teams, ensuring that all operational conceptual requirements are followed to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You are ultimately accountable for the regional budget, sales target, and EBITDA.

Key Responsibilities

Virtue-Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.

Team Development & Training : Responsible for identifying future talent and overseeing the high-level training of Store managers to ensure a strong leadership pipeline for the store expansion.

Employee Engagement: Develop and motivate management teams through development plans and feedback, ensuring engagement scores meet the true benchmark across the cluster.

Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards (Pink Standard) across all locations.

Strategic Planning: Oversee store shifts plans to ensure they follow contractual obligations, union agreements, and legal requirements.

Performance Management: Accountable for building sales and optimizing profit to achieve company-defined financial and non financial KPIs.

Operational Agility: Maintain a 360º understanding of all store stations. You must be prepared to step onto the floor and execute operational tasks whenever required to support the team or evaluate store standards firsthand.

Key Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in international brands (OPS Manager, Training Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager)
- Extended operational experience from the floor in similar F&B; brand
- Relevant experience in operational and training management
- Deep understanding of operations and F&B; structures, from floor perspective
- Expertise within organizational change, expansion & scheduling
- Coaching, learning & training experience on a higher level
- Solid communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
