THE ROLE: Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces and home decor to complement their style and needs Provide product knowledge and guide customers through the selection process Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in a store sales role, preferably in the furniture or design Sales driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
