PWe’re building a brand-new onsite recruitment function and are looking for a proactive bTalent Coordinator /b to support our growing team of four recruiters. /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new chapter — working closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to help us deliver exceptional talent in the sales space. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do; /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the bend-to-end recruitment process /b for Value Engineering, Technical and Sales roles — from scheduling interviews to coordinating feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. /liliWork hand in hand with bfour onsite recruiters /b and hiring managers to understand priorities and keep processes running efficiently. /liliManage bcandidate communication /b with care — ensuring timely updates, great coordination, and an outstanding candidate experience. /liliHelp maintain and update bATS systems /b, interview schedules, and reports to keep everything running seamlessly. /liliBe the bgo-to person /b for recruiters and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across multiple hiring projects. /liliContribute ideas to bimprove processes /b and help build a best-in-class onsite recruitment function. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat Will Make You Successful /b /pulliExperience in a btalent coordination, recruitment administration, or scheduling /b role — either in-house or with an agency. /liliInterest or experience in bsales hiring /b (Account Executives, SDRs, BDMs, etc.) is a plus. /liliHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. /liliStrong communicator who can build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. /liliA flexible, positive attitude — you enjoy problem-solving and no two days being the same! /li /ul
