Overview
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our Steelworks Department for an exciting large-scale construction project in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic international team and contribute to one of the most significant structural works currently underway in the city.
Responsibilities
* Supervise on-site steelwork installation and construction activities.
* Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, safety standards, and schedules.
* Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor daily progress, identify issues, and implement practical solutions.
* Support the project team in achieving milestones on time and within quality standards.
Qualifications
* Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.
* 3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision (steel structures preferred).
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
* B2 in English;
Spanish.
